Warmth and simplicity of an old hostelry are still living in the refined hotel named “Osteria Da Afro”. Rooms are supplied with a luminous relaxing area, hydro massage shower and an impeccable service. Breakfast is served among a climbing open-air rose-tree or in the charming cages room. A refined cuisine with a special care of local specialities: the delicate flavoured “prosciutto” from San Daniele, a tripe soup, mallard and pigeon with season mushrooms; every Thursday mixed boiled meat, in winter, beans’ soup, “musetto con brovada”, “frittata” with herbs, “salame” sautéed in vinegar. Cuisine is followed carefully by Mr. Dario Martina, master in combining wines, taking personally care of the rich cellar with about 300 labels, among them regional, national and foreign wines. An other story are home-made sweets, little tarts, season fruits mousse, cream cakes.
